Airport Hotels
Staying in an airport hotel on the night before your departure date enables you to have a more relaxing start to your holiday - if you are travelling by car, no travel delays stuck in traffic or bad weather, so no pressure about missing your flight. It can also save money on parking, as hotel + parking often works out at only a few pounds more than a room alone, or sometimes the package works out cheaper than the parking charges alone.
There are no hotels located on site, but nearby hotels include the Best Western Botleigh Grange Hotel, Express by Holiday Inn - Southampton West, Novotel Southampton, The Star Hotel and The White Horse Inn.
Airport Parking
All car parks have surveillance by regular patrols, extra help for drivers with special needs and a free jump start if you break down. There are regular transfer coaches to the terminals from long stay park. All the car parks within the airport perimeter are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Disabled parking is available in both car parks, and courtesy shuttles are wheelchair accessible. There are help points to call for assistance situated in the car parks and at the information desk.
The short term car park is just a few metres from the terminal.
The long term car park is north of the terminal, and has three zones. Frequent shuttle buses take you to and from the terminal building. If you require assistance either contact the bus driver or press the information button on the entrance/exit barriers and within the bus stops. There is a five day minimum charge for this car park.
