Why is pre-booking essential?
Pre-booking enables the off-airport car parks to advise on space in advance,
and pre-payment means the staff then do not need to concern themselves with
payments and can get on with parking cars and arranging transfers.
How early do I have to pre-book?
The earlier the better, as, particularly in the summer season, the car parks
are tight on space, with many being completely full.
Are my personal details safe on the site?
The taking of payments is done on the site through a secure server, so no-one
will have access to your payment details.
How do I get to the car park?
Directions will be included in the information you will be sent following
your booking.
What happens at the car park?
Upon arrival, you will either be expected to park your car yourself if it
is a park-and-ride service, or you will be asked to leave your keys with a
member of staff who will park your car for you.
You will be asked to produce your receipt to confirm the booking, and will
be asked for your return flight details.
You will be given details for your return, including a telephone number to
call upon your return.
How are rates calculated?
If you are going to have a week’s holiday, the rate is calculated as 8
days, and for a fortnight, 15 days. If you are staying over 3 weeks, a discount
is offered at some of the off-airport car parks.
