Every year millions of travellers trust their airport parking and airport hotel arrangements to Holiday Extras. The Company was established in 1983 and has gone from strength to strength. In 2003 we moved to our present building in Newingreen which is designed and custom made to our requirements. Staff at Holiday Extras believe in working hard and playing hard - Being in a good environment with upbeat, committed folk has helped to give us the edge over our competitors. The Staff and management work in accord - all employees at Holiday Extras are encouraged to submit ideas and suggestions - this all benefits our customers because they are greeted by a voice with a smile or a user friendly on line presence.
We are constantly updating and sourcing new suppliers, listening to our customers and trying to supply the services that you need.
Our Call Centre has an excellent track record. It is because of our commitment to customers searching for airport parking, airport hotels, lounges and much more that we have won many company awards in many of our business practice elements.
Our Customer Relations department have recently completed an in house survey. The Survey looked at the number of complaints in relation to the number of airport hotel and airport parking bookings. Customer satisfaction may not be guaranteed but it certainly comes in at nearly 100%! We are pleased with the results with customer satisfaction running at 99.8% we will still strive to achieve that extra 0.2% efficiency.

Each year the Staff at Holiday Extras vote for the Charities that they would
most like to raise money for and during that year all in house efforts to
raise money are donated directly to the nominated charities.

It is the Company's policy to sponsor local charities and events - and this year Holiday Extras have supported local schools to achieve specialist status. Holiday Extras also support local events by donating some of their products for raffles and auctions.

We are offering customers new ways to get to the airport: Hire car to and from the airport and a door to door Airport Chauffeur Drive transfer service.
